Nature is always beautiful.

1. We have learned to see nature as beautiful. The early cavemen, the first humans, saw nature as an adversary or opponent. An evil world full of mischief. Thunder and lightning were a punishment from the gods. Our love of nature is learned and nourished by the fact that nature is becoming increasingly rare. An ugly piece of nature is therefore unthinkable.

2. Things become beautiful that have been there for so long that they fade into the background, and blend into their surroundings, naturally so to speak.

3. People from all over the world come to the Netherlands to see our windmills and tulips. For us, they are something quite commonplace.

This will vary depending on the place and culture. Interesting.
